We guarantee that everything we install is done according to or better than certification requirements. fI you have any leaks or issues in the next 5years and beyond. give us a call. If it was an installation flaw we will fix it for free.

The Landmark® PRO Shingles are a lifetime limited warranty shingle, pro-rated for 50 years. We know from past experience with warranty’s that they may not last 50 years, however we are comfortable saying the Landmark® PRO shingles will last 30 to 40 years.
